For distributors, dealers and decorators
Why dealers move programs to Revo.
Three decades of custom manufacturing, a 330-style catalog already in production, and a private label program that puts your brand on every finished piece — not ours. The product can be matched. The brand your client asks for by name cannot.
The dealer's problem
The deals you lose are rarely lost on product.
They're lost on the wait. A quote that takes days to come back, a sample kit you pay to ship, a designer you have to hire to win the bid, a minimum the client won't commit to. None of it is about the garment.
The deadline arrives before the gear does
Season openers, tournaments and grand openings don't move. A standard production window that runs long turns a won deal into an apology.
The minimum is bigger than the opportunity
A new account rarely wants a large first order — and you shouldn't have to absorb the risk to prove a program out.
The concept stalls before it starts
The client can't picture it, has no logo yet, or wants three changes. Every round of back-and-forth is time you don't bill for.
You build someone else's brand instead of your own
You did the selling and you carry the service — but if the label is theirs, every order you ship builds equity you can never own.
What changes at Revo
Same problems. Different answers.
What you're used to
- Long standard production windows
- Minimums set for the supplier's convenience
- Freelance design fees before the client says yes
- Sample kits shipped out and back at your cost
- Someone else's brand in your client's collar
- One factory, one point of failure
What you get here
- Two-week standard production, five-day when it's tight
- Low minimums, so a trial run is actually viable
- Design, logo and fit tools your client can use free
- A discounted sample of a real program to hand over
- Your brand on the label, hang tag and packaging
- Vietnam and Mexico, routed to whichever fits
Brand equity
We build your brand. Not ours.
Every piece we make for you leaves the factory carrying your name. We remove Revo's fingerprints entirely and put your label in their place — so the client who loves the product associates it with you, asks for it by your name, and reorders through you.
- Custom garment labels, hang tags and packaging in your brand
- Your brand is yours alone — nobody else can quote against it
- You retain 100% of the custom business the product generates

Give the client a way to start.
Three tools, free to use and open without an account, so a client can explore the idea the moment they're interested instead of waiting on a mockup.
Explore concepts, colors and graphics directly on the product, change anything, and regenerate until the direction feels right — while the client is still on the call.
Try Design IQ →
Opens the accounts that have no logo yet — new clubs, new leagues, new venues. Generate a direction or refine the one they have, then put it straight on the garment.
Explore Logo IQ →
Sizes each person off a brand and size they already own, garment by garment — so the order goes out without a sizing day or a sample kit.
Try Fit IQ →Free to try, no account needed. A free account saves the work so the client can pick up where they left off. Prefer the traditional route? Revo's design team is still here.
The factory behind it
Thirty years of doing exactly this.
Revo is a manufacturer, not a broker. Full-garment dye sublimation, embroidery and applique run in our own OEM production across Vietnam and Mexico, with North American account support in your time zone.
That matters on the unglamorous days — when a reorder has to match the first run, when a deadline moves up, when a program needs to grow from twelve pieces to a national rollout without changing suppliers.

Tell us what you sell and what's been getting in the way. We'll come back with pricing, the catalog, and a straight answer about whether we're the right fit for your programs.
Monday to Friday, North American business hours. You'll speak to someone who knows production — not a ticket queue.
Not a distributor or dealer?
The Revo Sportswear Group line is sold through the trade. If you're a team, school, restaurant or business looking for custom apparel, we'll point you to a dealer who can look after you.
